This $4.5 million project involved the complete transformation of the old Sheraton Four Points hotel.
Located near Golf de la Faune in Charlesbourg, Quebec City, as part of the Hilton Doubletree hotel chain.
The project was executed on plan basis. The involvement of Lemay Michaud Architects in the plan drawings and the Hilton branding.
We’ve retrofited more than 100 of rooms, includint the corridors leading to the rooms and an extension of the entrance hall.
All common areas were also retrofited.
All works were done during normal operating hours.
