NEW CONSTRUCTION
Following a call for public tenders, the Department of National Defense hired Béland Lapointe to modernize and spruce up the Castor sports centre chalet in Valcartier.
The Castor Centre, which is located on the military base, includes a ski centre, a golf club and sports facilities.
