Plaza Laval is a well-known shopping centre that is highly integrated into the habits of Sainte-Foy shoppers.

It contains offices and commercial premises for rent.

Béland Lapointe has been working with Plaza Laval for many years and has worked on a number of major improvements to the premises.

Recently, we upgraded the interior and the parking lot, and restored the building’s exterior façades.

Work done included interior retrofits, improvement of the parking facilities and the changing of the external façades.
