Located in Sainte-Foy, 925 Mainguy is a bright, modern building with an elevator and a large patio on the 11th floor.
The construction of this building was done on a narrow piece of land that had limited access points.
Major excavation work required a support system on all four sides to allow for the installation of the three-level underground parking garage.
