Béland Lapointe built a visitor centre in Pointe-de-la-Martinière park in Lévis.
Designed to offer a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River, the building was constructed on a hill to blend in with the landscape; it features many windows.
The visitor centre, a $1.2 million investment, is located along the Parcours des Anses and Bellechasse Cycloroute bike paths.
