Béland Lapointe built a mechanical room serving all six floors of this heritage building in Old Quebec.
The scope of work involved the renovation of two complete floors,
Which included magnificent reception rooms and the creation of a multimedia room that preserves the original architecture with its unusual plaster designs, mouldings and panelling.
